Introducing “Mimshach Aquaculture Farm (Pvt) Ltd” – a transformative project envisioning a 200-acre sea cucumber farm, 2-acre hatchery, research center, and export processing facility. Aligned with President Ranil Wikramasinhe’s export development plan, we aim to be Sri Lanka’s top sustainable aquaculture supplier, fostering economic growth, environmental conservation, and community benefits. With an estimated cost of LKR 650 million and projected annual revenue of LKR 1 billion in three years, our venture is committed to responsible fiscal management and making a positive impact by generating over 300 direct and indirect jobs. Investment Opportunity
We invite capable investors to join us to fund this ambitious project. We are offering investment opportunities in 5-acre farming blocks. The investment for 5 acres amounts to LKR 9.2 million, five years agreement. In these five years, there will be a minimum of 8 harvesting sessions. As an investor, you will receive 75% of the net profit from sea cucumber farming until the first five harvesting sessions, after which the share will be 50%.
Additionally, we will return 20% of the capital investment to the investor during the first 5 harvests. After the total return of the capital investment, the profit-sharing ratio will become 50:50 for the remaining duration of the 5-year agreement. It is important to note that Mimshach will manage the farm, ensuring optimal productivity and profitability.

Sea cucumber is a high-value product with solid global market demand. Sri Lanka already exports 230MT of sea cucumbers, but only 20MT comes from farms due to government restrictions.
